Elise Farabaugh began her career in the performing arts and transitioned to Legal and Compliance in 2019. She served as a legal assistant and compliance analyst for a Fortune 500 company, specializing in licensing for inter-state drug and medical device shipping. She then worked as a compliance analyst for a mortgage document company before being promoted to Vice President of Corporate Strategy, overseeing external audits for banking and legal clients. She also hired and trained audit support staff.

Elise transitioned to legal recruiting because of a desire to help people in a more hands-on way. Her favorite aspect of her previous role was meeting with clients to assess their needs and assuring a smooth business relationship by addressing those needs seamlessly. As a recruiter, she applies her experience in legal, job candidate assessment, and in-depth client support to find the best-suited attorneys to meet a firm’s changing needs.
